What are the major changes in the environment? (in epistemological terms) Does the world really changed?
The basis for answering (not my personal opinion) is the magnificent text Diego: LEAL, D. (2010): Online Education and the role of tutor.
From 2006 to 2010, my environment shift work: Go to have a board in the classroom, at least 21 computers, which remain intact, because I did not change.
